With a background in communications, corporate strategy and marketing, Andrew is an experienced built environment consultant who has worked for some of Australia's largest property developers including Leighton Properties and Sekisui House Australia.
Andrew has worked on some of Australia’s most notable urban renewal projects including Central Park Sydney, The Waterfront Wentworth Point, The Hermitage Gledswood Hills and Green Square Town Centre.
Andrew has a passion for understanding what make cities around the world become vibrant, active urban places and shares these insights with many of his clients that range from designers, architects and construction companies through to property developers and retailers.
Andrew is also a co-founder of Reactivate Consulting, an urban-activation and place-making firm.

Simone has spent the past five years working in the United Kingdom for one of the country’s leading property sales agencies, Fraser & Co with offices in London, Dubai and Hong Kong.
Simone has a deep understanding of the complex requirements behind the management of large residential project marketing campaigns.
As a digital marketing specialist, Simone is particularly interested in leveraging state-of-the-art technology to advance her client’s B2B and B2C marketing and communications campaigns.
Jordan is an experienced brand strategist and graphic designer, specialising in the built environment.
Jordan has over a decade of industry experience, working on the branding, communication and design requirements behind some of Australia’s most notable property developments.
Having previously worked with Mirvac, one of Australia’s largest listed property developers, as well as a number of large architecture firms, Jordan understands the intricate requirements behind the promotion of major property developments and urban renewal projects.
As Polymer Studio’s Creative Director, Jordan is responsible for helping our clients shape their brands, tone of voice and customer journeys.
